We exist because commerce technology is broken.
Destm was founded in Mohali, India by commerce engineers who spent over a decade building order management, inventory, and fulfillment systems for luxury retailers, DTC brands, and global marketplaces.
Through that work we kept watching the same pattern repeat: teams wiring together rigid platforms, writing rules engines that could not adapt, leaving revenue on the table because the systems could not learn.
The conviction became Destm — the bet that a retailer's destiny is engineered, not inherited. Commerce does not need another dashboard or another plugin. It needs intelligence woven into the architecture itself.

The problem
