Agentforce Commerce and Einstein
Salesforce now houses its commerce AI under Agentforce Commerce, with the Einstein features inside it — product recommendations, predictive sort, search dictionaries. We wire them in with the analytics signals they actually need.
SCAPI integrations, and OCAPI migration
New integration work goes on the Commerce API. Salesforce deprecated OCAPI in April 2026 — it keeps getting security updates but no new features, so we also move existing OCAPI wiring across. Payment, OMS, PIM, ERP.
